Tree of Hope
In honor or memory of loved ones, the cast bronze Tree of Hope stands in tribute in the lobby of Premier Community Health. The tree is adorned with solid brass leaves engraved with loved ones' names. If you wish to dedicate a leaf in honor of someone, please select "Tree of Hope" on the online donation form or call 937-227-9435.
